Service Description
No pregnant person should have to go throughout preconception, pregnancy, labor or post partum not knowing what is happening to their bodies, their babies and how to support themselves in having a healthy low-risk pregnancy. While your OB may provide you medical care - do not forget you are are a whole being. Compliment your care with holistic virtual birth companionship to ensure your body, mind and spirited are fully nourished and supported. As your Virtual Doula you will receive: -Unlimited communication from 9am -5pm CST and 24/7 during emergencies and from 36-42 weeks of pregnancy -1 complimentary consult and connect session (15 mins via phone or zoom) -3-5 preconception (optional) and/or prenatal sessions -3 Pre-recorded meditations -Real time labor support -Skills for building intimacy with your partner or other birth team members -2 post- partum sessions -Post partum recipe guide
Cancelation Policy
No cancellations or refunds. Customer must reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled service.
